Join us for the Walk for Change with rCBI!
"High school seniors Bella, Zoe, Krystal, Aspen, Emra and Gabi are tired of looking over their shoulders when they walk home alone at night. Now the group of friends are holding a march to raise awareness for women’s safety and show the community and wider Australia that enough is enough." - The West End Magazine.
In a recent meeting, Jade and Ranay spoke passionately about Vigil for Eurdice Vixon. All rCBI members were touched by the sad reality for women's safety, particularly as it relates to gendered violence.
As such, rCBI will honour Eurdice and other victims by participating in the Walk for Change. The short walk begins at the Eye of Brisbane, travels across the Goodwill Bridge, through Botanical Gardens and finishes at the Parliament House.
Hope to see you there!
